Relaxing, Relaxing, Relaxing
The wellness center was a true escape with its peaceful ambiance and lush facilities. I absolutely loved the indoor pool and saunas, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast buffet—so many options, including a Dutch snack corner that had me smiling with delight!

Unexpected comforts by the lake
Waking up to stunning sunrise views over the lake was a highlight. The staff’s friendliness softened our long travel days, helping us feel at home.
However, the room lacked a plug near the mirror, making hair and makeup a challenge, especially with a steam-filled bathroom. Some amenities felt limited for the price.

great comfort but minor issues
The comfort double room was spacious, with high-quality bedding and a beautiful view! The big parking area was a huge plus since it was free during our stay.
The hotel amenities were impressive but not all were functioning well.

The spacious Deluxe Double Room was well-equipped and offered a comfortable stay for our family. Free parking outside the hotel was a great convenience. However, the mattress was too soft for my taste, and public transportation options were limited, making it challenging to explore without a car. A noisy environment could be an issue if your room faces the railway or nearby businesses.

Room maintenance could use some attention!!! Confusing layout may frustrate first-time visitors!!! Limited outdoor access during inclement weather leaves much to be desired!!!

Great Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed a spacious and bright room with a massive bathtub! The restaurant offered quick service, but the atmosphere got a bit lively. A heads up, book your pool time in advance, and be prepared for outdoor walks to the dining areas. Cleanliness near the pool could use some attention.

The bed in my Deluxe Double Room felt heavenly. The generous space in the room was great, especially with the coffee machine and kettle right there. Breakfast? Absolutely fantastic! So many options, from tasty cereals to freshly made omelets. The breakfast staff really nailed it, friendly and attentive while serving. However, I did find some cleanliness issues. there was trash left in the bathroom trash can upon arrival. Also, the minibar didn't work, which was disappointing. The staff at reception seemed a bit rushed during check-in. They didn’t explain much about the facilities or where to find my room in the annex. One evening, I had an awkward moment in the restaurant. After finishing my meal, I wasn’t sure whether it would be charged to my room. I ended up having to return from my room in the cold to settle the bill because of a miscommunication. It shouldn't have happened, especially since I understood that it was already arranged. I loved the hotel's location, close to the train station. it’s a quick ride to Amsterdam Central. Despite the little hiccups, I’d still consider returning because of the comfy room and superb breakfast.

The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and super comfy. I loved the big bed and how modern everything felt since the hotel is new. It was quiet too—didn't hear the trains outside at all. The bathroom was nice, though a bit plain. Overall, very chill and enjoyable.
